What a gorgeous day! I got up this morning, had a cup of coffee and then strung my daughter’s new tennis racket. My son made me breakfast and we ran some errands – like getting crickets for his lizard. Unfortunately, the crickets were left in their bag to long and I think it was too hot. I then took my kids to the mall as my wife was helping out at our friends new winery. We went to lunch, I got some new boxers and some frozen yogurt. I then came home and mowed the front and back lawns. My back was starting to hurt for some reason. I did play (attempted) to play some singles last night, but I am still trying to come back off the 3 week layoff. I play Tuesday night at 5pm in the Seattle City Tennis Tourney. I am looking forward to it!
I also picked up my Toprol XL 200 mg pills at Fred Meyer. They cost me $70.00 for a 30 day supply! I can’t seem to take the generic Metroprol or the generic or Lexapro – as I heard there wasn’t one yet due to their patent. I wish my prescriptions were cheaper! Plus the Micardias (80/25) is another one I have to be on. Luckily, I am not having to take the additional 40mgs at night of just Micardias. I still take a baby aspirin every day as well a multi-vitamin. You should get the gummy bear like ones at Costco for adults – they are super easy to take and good!
We are having a bbq this evening, I cleaned up the bbq and the grills. My wife is out shopping now and our neighbors who own the winery are coming down. My daughter has been studying for quite some time today, it’s a shame she’s inside, but.. that also explains why she’s getting a 4.0! We are going to church in the morning, I have been in a “rut” the past month and my son and I have stayed home while my wife and daughter go. That’s not being a good father and I should be going with the entire family.
I hope you have a nice rest of the weekend! I sure wish I lived near the OCEAN! I love this picture, it’s so magnificent!
